Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

Every O3 piece is made to order just for you. Delivery time depends on what you order:

Apparel and drinkware (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, hats, mugs, tumblers)
Production: 2–7 business days. Shipping (U.S.): 3–4 business days after production.
Estimated delivery: 5–11 business days.

Bags, totes, slides, shoes, and luggage covers
Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days.

Mixed orders: items made at different locations ship separately and may arrive on different days. You’ll get tracking for each package by email.

Holiday orders: to arrive by December 24, order bags, totes, slides, shoes and luggage covers by November 20, and apparel and drinkware by December 4. Orders placed after December 4 will likely arrive after Christmas.

Delays: if your order is running late, email support@o3masonicwear.com and we’ll look into it.

Address changes: orders go to production quickly, so contact us within 12 hours of ordering if your address needs to change.
